It wasn’t Hagel’s answers that were the problem. I watched MSNBC this morning and was told that those nasty Republican senators had no right to be asking those questions designed to elicit unflattering responses. They didn’t even bother with others that would allow him to cast his past positions in a positive light.
Got that? The left is accusing the right of misusing the conformation process to pick someone apart to score political points.
This shit makes my brain hurt.
